RETURN POLICY

What if the game or console doesn’t work?

We will work with you to either: get your item working, replace it with a working item, or offer a full refund. If something doesn’t work, we will make it right. All refunds must be issued in the same method as the original payment. We will no longer accept returns after 30 days. 

What if I changed my mind?

All returns that are not related to a defective item will result in a 20% restocking fee. This applies to both in-store credit and purchased items. We will no longer accept returns after 30 days.

What if I broke it?

We get that things happen, but item defects that are caused by the buyer will not be eligible for return. Factory sealed games that have been opened by customers will not be eligible for return. We will no longer accept returns after 30 days.
